Day 3

Chobe National Park

On this day you will be collected from your hotel at 0730 hours for the full day safari in the Chobe National park in Botswana. You do not have to wait until we cross the border into Botswana for us to start enjoying the game viewing as we will be driving through the Zambezi National Park for 70 km to the Botswana border.

Our safaris start with a Game Boat Cruise on the Chobe River. This will be three hours of game viewing from the boat. You will have a buffet lunch at the four stars Chobe Safari Lodge. After lunch, it will be time to take to the Chobe National Park in custom made 4×4 safari vehicles for the three-hour afternoon game drive. We will visit the upper Chobe River part that is not accessible by boats. This is where we get to see the shy predators (lions, hyena, cheetah and sometimes leopards) and at times on their kills.

We will leave the park at about 1600hrs for the drive back to Victoria Falls in comfortably air-conditioned minibusses.
